My name is Elaine Mendez. I graduated from Rutgers University with degrees in Management and Sociology. I then obtained a Master’s in Education degree from Saint Peter’s University. I have been a teacher for ten years. This is my ninth year teaching for Belleville Public Schools. I began my teaching career as a third grade Bilingual Teacher. Through the years, I have had the privilege of working and gaining valuable teaching experience in first, second, third, and fourth grade.
I am excited to begin working as the Elementary School Coach for our district. I consider myself a lifelong learner and look forward to learning from and growing with all the amazing teachers here. Please feel free to reach out to me with any and all questions you may have. Below is a link to my Coaching Google Form which lists some of the topics you may want to chat about. Take a look at it and let me know if there is anything that I can help you with. Also, there's a link to my "Teacher-Coach Confidentiality Agreement" as well as a link to a PD Survey.
